Emerging leaders are those who:
- are already on a trajectory of growing depth and breadth of spiritual and intellectual growth
- have embraced a specific sphere of responsibility to which they want to contribute
- are actively relating to senior leaders and demonstrating promise
- demonstrate gifts of leadership and broad perspective, beyond the local arena
These are Semilla's particular focus. Several dozen of them are now spread all over the continent, forming a small continental family of leaders committed to cultural transformation.
