Mission

Semilla is a U.S.-based, Latin American Christian leadership development organization. It serves
strategic Christian leaders by offering mentoring, teaching, training, and technical assistance from a Biblical perspective.

Through a unique partnership with Regent University, Semilla selects outstanding Latin American Christian leaders for graduate programs in Communications, Leadership, Divinity, Business, Education, Counseling, Government or Law. While they study, scholars are cultivated by Semilla to make a strategic impact in their field, region, or nation.
