2. To offer select emerging leaders of outstanding promise professional training through Regent Universityís Masters and Doctoral programs, equipping them to lead with effectiveness and excellence in their own spheres and nations.
3. To help the leaders we instruct to renew their mind, on the basis of the Word of God. This includes
developing a specifically Latin American Biblical worldview, attacking our social problems at their cultural
roots, respecting the jurisdiction of every divinely appointed institution (individual, family, church and civil government) and applying the relevant Biblical principles to each discipline, issue and case.
