Cultural
Goals 1. To bring about the reformation of Latin American culture by the Word of God: a) by applying a Biblical Worldview to contemporary problems b) by teaching a providential perspective of our history, proclaiming God’s vision and time for us c) by redeeming the sinful side of our culture and celebrating it’s gifts by cultivating a connected family of strategic servant-leaders committed to this task. 2. To confront and transform the traditional and emergent models of leadership in Latin America which condone and reproduce dysfunctional family, race, and power relationships, by cultivating a handful of servant-leaders who can serve as models and multiply a new kind of transformational servant-leadership. |
